Patrick Mahomes likely to win third Great cup This weekend’s ring with the Kansas City Chiefs has led to comparisons to Tom Brady, the NFL’s greatest player of all time.

Similarities exist. If Patrick Mahomes wins, it will be three rings in seven NFL seasons. Brady also had the same number of rings in seven seasons. If the Chiefs win, Patrick Mahomes will clinch his third title as the Chiefs go back-to-back. That’s similar to what Brady won during the 2003 and 2004 seasons.

Mahomes Won’t go that far at all. To put him in that category, saying he still has a ways to go before he reaches the level Brady has reached during his NFL career.

Pro Football Hall of Famer Warren Moon agreed with Mahomes’ views in an interview with Fox News Digital on radio row at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas before Super Bowl LVIII on Sunday.

“Like he said. He won’t even be halfway with three,” Moon said. “I think we’re just creatures of the moment. We’re always looking for the next big star. And it makes sense to start making comparisons, but it’s too early to make comparisons.”

“I think Patrick’s smart enough to know that. But if he plays like Tom Brady, he’ll probably win that much. I don’t know if he’ll play that long. Tom played 23 years. Played. A long time. A lot of players don’t play that long.”
